The location were convenient, near many attractions. my room were super clean and it had great soundproofing. staff attitude impressed me. They acted friendly and helpful all time. breakfast also offers a nice variety.
the gym don't have many machines, also they look too old. the gym equipment felt outdated. i expect an updated gym with more options.

The location was acceptable, near the cruise terminal (i noticed it ).
The room design was not great. The huge bed occupied most of the space, a tiny desk held a coffee machine, and one hard chair stood alone. There were not enough power sockets where i needed them and the shower pressure was poor. It just wasn't what i expected.

The guided tour revealed the 7,000-year history within the building, an very nice preservation effort. Staff members are helpful and accommodating. I found the service attentive and courteous. Soundproofing provided a quiet setting.

the staff at the front desk provided useful guidance on local attractions. They helped with directions and reservations. the hotel had ancient ruins preserved in the atrium, a unique feature. the breakfast offered an excellent selection of items.
the gym had large cockroaches in the morning , which i found unpleasant.

The room was very nice! i got a family room, it was pretty spacious. the hotel has roman walls, it's like a museum. the location is great. You can easily walk around!
The shower was backed up. it was overflowing! and i noticed a horrible odor, twice. i also couldn't find any washcloths. The room attendant only brought more towels when i asked. the ventilation fan wasn't working either. I contacted the front desk two times but no one helped me.
